Internal Audit Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures by reviewing records, reports, operational methods, and documentation.
• Confirm the accuracy of assets and liabilities by comparing them with supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit workpapers comprehensively, detailing audit tests conducted and findings discovered.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems through the completion of audit questionnaires.
• Enhance internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; propose recommendations for new policies and procedures.
• Communicate audit results by preparing a final report and discussing findings with those audited.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving related outcomes as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related professional qualification, or possess equivalent credentials.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal audit; experience in manufacturing operations or internal audit is advantageous.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with responsibility and leadership qualities.
• Possess excellent analytical skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
