Site Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kedah & Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Create tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
• Monitor modifications to the design and/or construction work, and review any changes in quantities.
• Generate taking off, bill of quantities, cost estimation, progress claim, subcontractor certificate, quotation, cost analysis, and variation order for the current project.
• Coordinate a collaborative site inspection and validate all claims submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Assess and appraise the progress of work completed on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any other related field.
• Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• At least 3 years of working experience in project/site.
• Able to relocate to all states of Malaysia for working purposes.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
