Customer Service (Call Center/Telesales)
- Salary RM2,500 - RM3,000
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Generate sales over the phone.
- Maintain good customer relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide correct information about the company, product, services rendered, cost, and charges (if any) throughout the conversation.
- Ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and are highly valued.
- Reach out to leads as necessary to inquire about and update the status of sales, payments, and financial/banking details related to the application.
- Update customer information in the database, keep records of calls, and sales, and note any useful information.
- attend any Customer Experience Department meeting, discussion, training, etc. as and when required.
- Refer to Superior in the event of any potential issues or business risks while dealing with potential leads.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate possesses Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field related preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar in sales reports and sales records.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Can speak both Bahasa and English well.
- Permanent positions available.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Saturday work from home
