Customer Service (Call Center/Telesales)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Generate sales over the phone.
• Maintain good customer relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide correct information about the company, product, services rendered, cost, and charges (if any) throughout the conversation.
• Ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and are highly valued.
• Reach out to leads as necessary to inquire about and update the status of sales, payments, and financial/banking details related to the application.
• Update customer information in the database, keep records of calls, and sales, and note any useful information.
• attend any Customer Experience Department meeting, discussion, training, etc. as and when required.
• Refer to Superior in the event of any potential issues or business risks while dealing with potential leads.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Candidate possesses Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field related preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar in sales reports and sales records.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Patient and friendly personality.
• Can speak both Bahasa and English well.
• Permanent positions available.

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Saturday work from home
