Sales Executive (Crop Protection )

Location: Ipoh, Perak 

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to achieve agreed yearly sales budget and contribution to company objectives.
  To organize farmers’ forum, meeting & clinic in order to promote the products.
• To determine potential dealers by area which in line with company sales and marketing strategies.
• To service and working closely with dealers for
  demand generation activities.
• To responsible to propose dealers’ credit limit.
• To responsible for dealers’ ordering and liaise with Customer Service.
• To accountable for dealers’ payment collection or account receivable (AR) based on tax invoices.
• Market intelligence and competitors ‘ activities to marketing division.
• To carry out product evaluation trial and commercial demo for growers
• To coordinate and follow up sales incentive campaign
  with dealers.
• To coordinate for now products’ launching with dealers and grower.
• Responsible for atter sales service matter.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with a background or interest in agriculture.
• Interested in technical crop protection products.
• Interest in working in agricultural environments.
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen and proactively react to customer questions and requests.
• Goal-oriented and extremely hardworking with a desire to make a measurable contribution to company success.
