Service Engineer (Printing Industry)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To do installation, modification, and software upgrades for customers.
• Providing technical support and assistance to customers (both remotely via phone OR on-site, to address any printer-related problems or inquiries they may have.)
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on high-speed printers.
• To build good relationship with customers and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to customers on machine operation, if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience as Service Engineer in Printing Industry or related field.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel to customer site to do troubleshooting/maintenance service.
• Willing to travel abroad for training.
• Internship experience as Service Engineer in Printing Industry are encourage to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
