Customer Service Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop policies and procedures and oversee the customer service processes.
  • Conduct surveys and compile reports based on customer feedback regarding products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Analyze internal operations to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, social media, and telephone.
  • Provide comprehensive product information to customers.
  • Manage orders, inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Proper filing system for customer records, including contact details, purchases, and billing information.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or any equivalent.
  • Candidate who has 1 year related working experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
