Order To Cash Analyst (Collection)

Location: Kelana Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct daily inbound and outbound phone communications with customers for collections and payment follow-ups
• Pursue resolution of disputes, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Conduct reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Compile remittances in Excel format for processing by the Cash Applications team.
• Facilitate distribution of statements of accounts and Dunning Letters to all customers.
• Maintain and update customer contact details, including email and phone numbers.
• Retrieve invoices from our system and distribute to customers as necessary.
• Escalate challenging cases to local markets and persist in seeking resolution.
• Support managers with various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• 1- 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company desired
• Collections experience is required
• Business-level English essential as will be communicating via phone with Australia and New Zealand customers
• Able to work in New Zealand time zone starting 6am
• Other APAC language will be an advantage
