Field Engineer (IT Executive)

Location: Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Managed, supported, and implemented communication networks for customers.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain network equipment for customers.
• Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Monitor and resolve customer trouble tickets as needed.
• Maintain service quality and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide support to all IT subdivisions on the regional source and ensure its growth.
• Create documentation for repairing networking issues.
• Provide backup to the NOC and supervise operational field groups.
• Support and backup network infrastructures with basic understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router configuration, and ISP broadband.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of professional certifications, diplomas in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualifications.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for staying abreast of the latest technologies and a strong willingness to learn.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and autonomously, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English language is a prerequisite.
• Essential skills include strong communication abilities, troubleshooting proficiency, and IT expertise.
• Recent graduates exhibiting positive attitudes are encouraged to apply.
