Commercial Sales Analyst – Pharmaceutical

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Process Distributor and Retailer claims in the system promptly and generate reports for Sales and Finance reporting.
• Establish strong control measures for the trade spend management process, ensuring clear ownership and adherence to accounting standards.
• Take charge of trade investment, overseeing its initiation, authorization, processing, and payment in alignment with approved procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales team to ensure timely recording and verification of relevant documents.
• Track and monitor trade investment to ensure accurate reflection in financial accounts and reconcile with actual claims received.
• Manage monthly closing activities, provision reconciliation, and system maintenance related to sales and trade investment, ensuring accurate customer spend reflection.
•  Maintain pricing by updating price lists and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Provide support to the Trade Marketing and Sales teams on various tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting & finance, commerce , or  related field is required.
• Candidate possess working experience in Pharma/FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills,
• Strong business acumen and good project management skills.
