Senior IT Executive (Infrastructure)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide initial troubleshooting and support for hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, network devices, CCTV, and telephony systems.
• Offer assistance for Office 365 and Exchange Online. Monitor Sophos Firewall and servers daily, optimizing network performance and security.
• Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Manage company assets and inventory effectively.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of working experience is necessary, along with a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery would be beneficial.
• Open to candidates of Chinese nationality.
