QA QC Technician (Packaging/Plastic Manufacturing/Factory)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Report and works with Quality Supervisor and Quality Leader in QAQC  department.
• To ensure the Testing equipment in the quality checks is functional and well maintained.
• To ensure all samples and quality records for the Quality department are kept properly.
• To ensure all QA/QC inspections (such as Laboratory, Extrusion, Printing, Thermoforming and Bag Making, Incoming and fulfillment) are carried out safely.
• To highlight the abnormality or non-conformance detected to Quality Supervisor and Quality Leader.
• To ensure verified nonconforming product must be labeled.
• To ensure all finished goods must be inspected.
• To audit In-Process Quality Checks.
• To ensure all quality data is updated on time.
•  To do proper filing and storage of the relevant quality records and  samples.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical & Electronic (E&E) , Mechanical and Quality Assurance Technology) etc
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in QA department in Packaging/Plastic Manufacturing.
• Shift Rotation (8AM – 8PM OR 8PM – 8AM)
• Shift Allowance: Yes
• Meal Allowance: Yes
• Attendance Allowance: Yes
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Full-Time position(s) available.
