IT Application Support (Inhouse System)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain, redesign, or create new applications for the third-party system and internal programs that are already in place.
• Debugging and fixing computer malfunctions as they arise in the different installations, overseen by Head Office, at both the Outlets and Head Office.
• Offer end users instruction and technical help for a range of computer programs.
• Use software programs in compliance with the corporate control handbook.
• Upkeep of software libraries and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in IT Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
• Good in English communication skills, problem solving skills and able to work with all levels of end users
• Willing to learn
