Job Descriptions:

• Ensure that routine inspections and maintenance of electrical distribution systems meet the criteria for safe and dependable operation.
• Supervise the maintenance activities of switchgear, transformers, power generators, and electrical control systems.
• Execute electrical isolation procedures.
• Manage and implement load management and shielding practices.
• Execute switching activities within the power distribution system.
• Provide comprehensive electrical safety training to both operations and maintenance personnel.
• Verify the proper functioning and calibration of electrical measuring and billing systems.
• Guarantee the timely renewal of all electrical licenses.
• Secure adequate vendor and contractor support.
• Define and implement preventive maintenance activities, ensuring their thorough execution.
• Develop, budget, plan, and execute corrective maintenance actions resulting from failures, preventive measures, and predictive maintenance.
• Formulate the scope of work for major turnarounds and ensure the availability of necessary materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain required approvals.
• Implement corrective actions identified through audits and root cause failure analyses.
• Update and maintain as-built drawings.
• Develop and execute contingency plans in case of emergencies.
• Conduct root cause failure analyses for all electrical system-related trips or failures.
• Report the completion of corrective actions from audits, root cause analyses, repair cost reports, alerts, and directives in the reporting platform.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in Electrical maintenance and operations.
• Certified Chargeman BO.
• Has experience handling high voltage systems.
