Senior R&D Executive

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Develop new and existing products.
• To lead the regulatory legislation for oversea markets.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the consistency and safety of food products.
• To issue the Certificate Of Analysis (COA)
• Monitor and audit production processes to ensure adherence to Halal standards.
• Verify that product labeling accurately reflects the Halal status of the food items.
• Work with the packaging team to ensure that packaging materials comply with Halal requirements.
• Conduct trials and experiments to test different ingredient combinations and processing techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/or any equivalent.
• Knowledge of product line and manufacturing processes, general Knowledge of food industry (Hazard Analysis HACCP)
• Knowledge in process Control procedures.
