HSE Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

1. Developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures.
2. Implement improvement strategies to prevent workplace incidents.
3. To conduct risk assessment and identify potential hazards.
4. Responsible for preparing incident reporting & investigation, EHS Audits & Inspections Schedule Waste, Workplace & Employees Monitoring, and Legal Audit.
5. Liaise with Government agencies namely DOE,DOSH,MBJB,BOMBA,JBA.
6. Manage security system (CCTV) & Sewage system.
7. Monitoring and arranging samples as required
8. Developing and delivering training programs to employees to promote awareness and understanding of EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Greenbook holder
• Knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and standards, such as OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations.
• Knowledge in ISO 14000.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
