Senior Accounts Executive – 6 Months Contract

Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain proper accounting records in the client entity database and multiple accounting systems.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly reconciliations and resolution of any unreconciled items.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for SSC operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processes.
• Collaborate with corporate secretarial functions and other client accounting teams for consistent compliance and control in financial activities.
• Share best practices, skills, insights, and feedback with other Group offices to enhance service delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CPA).
• Experience working under SSC environment.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum 2 years of (client) accounting experience and prior experience in SSC of an international professional service firm.
• Sound understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Good working knowledge and experience with Viewpoint will be considered an advantage.
