Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for creating and implementing quality control procedures to ensure the products produced meet the required standards and specifications.
• To oversee production processes to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Conducting regular quality inspections.
• Responsible for analyzing data and performance metrics: Collect data not limited to defect rates, customer complaints, and production efficiency.
• To develop improvement strategies to enhance quality.
• Responsible for implementing corrective actions to address the root causes and prevent future occurrences. Working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any quality-related concerns.
• To provide training and guidance to employees to ensure that they understand and follow quality control procedures
• Involved in audit activities, certifications, and inspections when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in the managerial role
• Handle supplier audit and supplier issue
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001
• Leadership skills
• Malaysian
