Telesales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Daily call to the customer to follow up on sales orders and promotion announcement
• Follow up on any potential sales call via phone
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
• Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales
• Answer questions about products or the Company
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Require minimum travelling as and when there is a sales objective involved
• Follow up on outstanding due and update payment paid with details to the finance department
• Other ad-hoc arrangements as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• At least 1 year of experience in TeleMarketing is preferred.
• Preferred Languages: Mandarin, Bahasa
