Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist (6 months contract)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate closely with sales leaders to transform brand strategies into actionable plans for the sales team.
• Foster a culture of monitoring, evaluating, and aligning the execution of strategies with the intended goals.
• Implement and utilize processes, systems, and tools to gather data that can be turned into valuable insights, enhancing our ability to make informed business decisions.
• Drive ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize the utilization of resources to achieve our business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is required.
• Possess sales force experience (preferably in Pharma environment) and experience working with data, powerBI and CRM systems
• Good communication skills
• Strong business acumen and  good project management skills
