Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Issue DO/Invoice to customer including goods delivery arrangement
• Processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit control, bank reconciliation and general accounting (GL related)
• Assist in internal reporting and control, and book reporting.
• Provide support in preparation of financial report.
• Data entry and filing.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses relevant accountancy qualification
• Preferably 2-3 years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint). Knowledge of Pivot table will be advantage.
• Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting
• Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to meet tight deadlines and reporting requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
