Aircraft Structure Manager (Aerospace, Aviation, and Airlines)

Location: Sepang

Job Descriptions:

• Management of on-site surveys/assessments and proactive repair planning.
• Survey, Assessment, repair, and upgrading solutions.
• Definition and Performance of Planning, Team, and M/H Estimations.
• Collaboration in Work Sharing (with MRO or A/L) and Coordination of Procurement Decisions.
• Definition, Updating, and Adjustment of System and Structure Inspection Programs.
• Management of Removed Equipment List.
• Composition of Teams (Engineering, Working Party, Subcontractors, etc.).
• Coordination and Implementation of Third-Party Involvement (System Specialists, NDT, Goods Receipt, and MRO).
• Focusing on Repair Implementation and Enhancement Implementation.
• Arranging Kits (System & Structural Parts, Tools, Consumables, and Expandable Items)
• Managing Systems & Structural Repair Definitions
• Overseeing On-Site Projects (Facilities, Scaffolding, Tools, Defect Planning, Work Orders, Job Cards, etc.)
• Handling Additional Work and Unrelated Tasks (MPD Tasks, AD Implementations)
• Development, Utilization, and Return on Experience (ROE) of PDS
• Delivery and Presentation of Engineering Dossier to Aircraft Operator (A/L)
• Advisor for Systems, Structures, and Working Parties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Business Engineering or equivalent education.
• 3 years of experience in the Aircraft Repair & Maintenance field.
• Readily available for extended travel on short notice.
• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repairs.
• Expertise in spares and logistics management.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and legislation.
• Possess project management acumen.
• Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of various structural repairs, encompassing cutouts, doubles, blending, repair plates, dress outs, oversizing, cabin convention, and more.
• Proficient in comprehending and interpreting Service Bulletins.
