Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform administrative duties and personal assistance tasks.
  • Email correspondent and call screening.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels both internal & external.
  • Maintain confidentiality and always create a positive image for a company.
  • Coordinate diaries, flight & accommodation booking/travel arrangements.
  • Composition of communications, letters, memos, presentations, and emails.
  • Maintain information systems, records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses, and conferences.
  • Ad-hoc assignment when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Secretarial, Business Admin or related studies.
  • 3-4 years working experience in office administrative / secretarial duties.
  • Candidate who working in MNC environment is added advantage.
  • Computer literacy. Proficient in MS.PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous, Organize, and with excellent communication skills.
