Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Descriptions:
- Perform administrative duties and personal assistance tasks.
- Email correspondent and call screening.
- Communicate effectively at all levels both internal & external.
- Maintain confidentiality and always create a positive image for a company.
- Coordinate diaries, flight & accommodation booking/travel arrangements.
- Composition of communications, letters, memos, presentations, and emails.
- Maintain information systems, records, files, and confidential documents.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses, and conferences.
- Ad-hoc assignment when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Secretarial, Business Admin or related studies.
- 3-4 years working experience in office administrative / secretarial duties.
- Candidate who working in MNC environment is added advantage.
- Computer literacy. Proficient in MS.PowerPoint.
- Meticulous, Organize, and with excellent communication skills.
