Account and Operation Manager (Klang)

Location: Klang/Port Klang

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive financial system in line with the headquarters’ accounting, auditing, and internal control requirements.
• Monitor and work well with subordinate in preparing yearly financial budgets, to ensure clear communication and reporting to headquarters and directors.
• Manage all accounting-related matters, including preparing periodic financial statements and reports. And oversee company’s accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with HR and administration-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and general office management.
• Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, including taxation, employment, and data privacy.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth.
• Monitors office staffs’ work performance. Coach subordinates on important aspects of work performance, and where appropriate recommends development plans promotion or further improvement in areas of poor performance.
• Assist to director for decision making and problem-solving on daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operation of company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• Result-oriented with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Able to communicate with all levels of employees.
• Strong time management, organization, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration at many levels.
• Resourceful and independent with proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good command and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
