Finance Executive

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
• Advising on and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
• Overseeing the invoicing admins, scheduling admins & maintaining data quality in our accounting system.
• Producing management reports for management to view & analyze on a monthly basis.
• Manage vendors & keep abreast of latest pending invoices.
• Updating payables every month & doing payment vouchers for finance.
• Bank reconciliation & monitoring of unknown payments in our accounts.
• Assist with Audits on a yearly basis

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in related field (Finance, Accounting)
• Solid financial knowledge
• 3-4 Years of related experiences
