Construction Manager

Location: Senawang

Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing and inspecting construction projects from beginning to end in accordance with schedule, requirements, and budget
• Site inspections to examine the work and ensure that the workforce is adhering to the building regulations, safety standards, and other specifications
• Ensuring the completion of high-quality work within the agreed-upon deadlines
• Oversees the project’s construction and documentation to make sure it complies with the contract’s terms and regulations
• Supervising and monitoring the construction schedules
• Preparing progress reports
• Handle any unanticipated problems that could arise throughout the project

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
