Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Location: Bukit Mertajam

Job Descriptions:

• Bachelor Degree/ Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or any related fields.
• Strong understanding/ experience in the aspects of Consumer Marketing ,research, product supply chain, sales and trade marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, demonstrated track record of accomplishment in marketing and planning , preferably in FMCG industry has New Product Launch Project Management experience – had hands-on experiences in new product launches and / relaunches
•  Experience in sourcing new products from other countries, familiar with import regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• The role will have ownership and autonomy to lead the brand strategy and innovation agenda.
• The role is responsible for providing brand leadership for the brands portfolio in Malaysia, by driving, growing and maximizing brand equity, presence and performance in the categories that we compete in by setting strategies for brands growth. Specific responsibilities include developing brand communications; managing new product development and launches, planning and coordination with Supply Chain, R&D, and Agencies; and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Team
• Includes develop a marketing plan , brand strategy, new product development , consumer programs and developing advertising creative as per the business plan, ensuring on-time and to budget delivery.
• Leading the expansion of the existing & new brands/businesses.
• Working closely and across functions internally and externally, and ultimately ensuring the desirable market shares, revenues and profit are delivered in accordance to Company’s KPIs set.
