Patient Access Programme Operations Executive (MNC Biopharma Co)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Effectively execute and manage operations to ensure timely delivery of medicines to the patients
• Connect and engage with patients and Health Care Professionals for new patients enrollment and treatment compliance
• Work closely with an internal and external partner
• Manage up-to-date patient data and documentation in compliance
• Opportunity to participate in continuous improvements
• Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Prepare reports
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with policies and standard

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in managing a patient support program/patient journey in the healthcare ecosystem
• Science Fresh Graduate with related internship experience is encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Interpersonal and influencing skills are required to build and maintain working relationships at all levels
• Meticulous with multi-tasking ability and organized
• Confident, mature, and resourceful with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills with possessing good oral and written skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
