Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Shah Alam/Subang, Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out testing on new raw materials to improve Process Capabilities and Yield.
• To perform process improvement and to reduce downtime through Kaizen Project activities.
• To analyses the process yield by applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze collected data.
• Ensure department QMS documents are up to date and properly filed.
• Prepare analysis of performance report for improvement purpose.
• Conduct daily routine preventive maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Chemical/ Electrical & Electronic (E&E)/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 4 to 5 years of working experience in process improvement in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve process performance.
• Familiar with statistical analysis tools (e.g. Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).
• Ability to conduct process audits and develop audit reports.
• Good written and verbal in English communication skills.
