Production Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Shah Alam/Subang, Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for Production Process and to reduce production cost through optimizing production yield.
• To improve the manufacturing process and reduce downtime through Kaizen Project.
• To carry out testing on new raw materials or new product development in order to improve Process Capabilities and Yield.
• Monitor, analyses and improve the production yield and productivity to achieve company objectives.
• To suggest ideas for continual improvement by applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze collected data.
• To implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all production operations.
• Ensure process meets company Quality Management System requirements.
• Monitor machine condition and communicate with Maintenance Department if have any machine breakdown issue.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Chemical/ Electrical & Electronic (E&E)/ Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of working experience in production process in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
