Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

  • Salary RM2,000 - RM2,800

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
  • Organize the filling system & manage documentation in the proper record.
  • Arrange for office equipment maintenance
  • Execute secretarial tasks and administrative procedures
  • Caller screening and directing callers to the proper party
  • Any other chores that may be necessary
  • Handle daily administrative activities, including reception duties.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
