Admin Executive

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling of quotation, order processing and invoicing
  • Updating of order and liaises with suppliers for any outstanding order.
  • Assist in updating record into the company database and prepare reports to management.
  • Able to prepare & handle invoices, logistics and office maintenance.
  • Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.
  • Handle daily administrative activities including reception duties.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
  • Full-Time & Contract Positions(s) available.
