Customer Care Executive (MNC)

Location: Perai, Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Attending to incoming calls and customer enquiries in timely manner.
• To assist in preparing quotation, confirmed order, delivery order, and invoices.
• Dealing with customers to provide update order status.
• To work closely with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
• To coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or any equivalent.
• Candidate who has 1 year related working experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
