Travel & Expenses (T&E) Associate Analyst (Fresh Graduate )

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

1. The role involves reviewing and verifying employee claims against company policies, procedures, and external regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Compliance assessment activities, including results, are documented during the claim processing using Concur.
3. The responsibility includes validating and checking expense reports to ensure employees are in compliance with country-specific travel and expense policies.
4. Providing support and finding solutions to user problems is crucial for maintaining user satisfaction and productivity.
5. The role also entails maintaining up-to-date documentation of business systems and processes, recording process incidents, addressing expense exceptions, and ensuring timely processing and appropriate follow-up actions.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required, or fresh graduates with 3-6 months internship experience will be considered.
• Communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Intensive training will be provided for fresh graduates.
