Travel & Expenses (T&E) Associate Analyst (Fresh Graduate )

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• The role involves reviewing and verifying employee claims against company policies, procedures, and external regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Compliance assessment activities, including results, are documented during the claim processing using Concur.
• The responsibility includes validating and checking expense reports to ensure employees are in compliance with country-specific travel and expense policies.
• Providing support and finding solutions to user problems is crucial for maintaining user satisfaction and productivity.
• The role also entails maintaining up-to-date documentation of business systems and processes, recording process incidents, addressing expense exceptions, and ensuring timely processing and appropriate follow-up actions.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field is required, or fresh graduates with 3-6 months internship experience will be considered.
• Communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Intensive training will be provided for fresh graduates.
