Assistant Production Manager

Location: Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to lead, develop, and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• To manage and work together with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and procedures.
• To identify potential risks from process changes and ensure the team complies with the standards.
• Communicate and provide regular updates on process improvement initiatives and ongoing project progress

Job Requirements:

• Candidates who possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Candidate who has 5 years working experience in manufacturing is preferable.
• Malaysia Citizen.
• Knowledge of ISO is an added advantage.
