Accounts Payable Specialist ( Experience or Fresh)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
• Validate invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all supporting documents are included.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files, including contact information and payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local tax laws and regulations.
• Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field is required, or fresh graduates with 3-6 months internship experience will be considered.
• Knowledge: Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures, including invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Intensive training will be provided for fresh graduates.
