Senior Human Resource Executive

Location: Senai, Bukit Mertajam

Job Descriptions:

• To manage non-executive level talent acquisition operations.
• To plan and build training and development programs.
• To keep employee records in accordance with law and policy.
• To keep records and monitor adherence to food safety training, typhoid vaccination, and annual audiometric testing for relevant staff.
• To generate monthly reports on hiring and training.
• To handle work pass-related matters, such as issuing work permits to foreign employees and renewing employment passes for expatriates (if any).
• To track employee attendance, and take any disciplinary action as needed.
• To support and carry out HC projects, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• To respond to MOH or external audit parties’ requests for information on GMP, HACCP, and HALAL-related audits, including Typhoid injection records, training records, etc.
• To keep up with the renewal of contracts with outside contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with a background in manufacturing.
