Technical Support Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To provide technical solutions, advisory and feedback to internal and external stakeholders (Customers, factory (quality control, research & development team) and technician teams).
• Able to analyze and review customer feedback and attend to the feedback proactively.
• Develop training and communication material for technicians and customers.
• Provide technical support and advices to troubleshoot team and panel of installers.
• To drive best practices for installation and servicing team.
• To share market intelligence and information on air conditioning technology.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Engineering (Electrical/Electronic); Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in technical support and knowledge in Air Conditioning.
• Experience in providing training to the customers.
• Good presentation skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site.
• Solution provider and outgoing personality
• Good communication in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
