Maintenance Manager (Chemical Plant)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Functional oversight of the safe installation, maintenance, refurbishment, removal, and emergency response of customer gas supply equipment (include Vessels, Vapourisers, Piping, accessories and Application equipment).
• Manage customer query/ complaint and respond to customer calls and provide solution.
• Make sure compliance with local authority on JKKP vessels, company standard and regulation.
• To plans and organize the maintenance or inspection activities in the customer site.
• Leads the productivity improvement programs in the customer site.
• To concern for the safety of every staff and achieve zero accident.
• Manage operating costs and analyse the maintenance budget for the operations.
• Provide training and development to the maintenance staff.
• Perform testing and commissioning activities for new installation/ projects.
• To perform preventive maintenance for all existing customer premises.
• Inspection for internal and external compliance.
• To provide timely reporting as required.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in Maintenance and Management in Chemical, Industrial gases or manufacturing fields.
• To understands customer requirements and provide solution in order to build long term customer relationships.
