(Temp/Contract) Admin cum Receptionist
- Salary RM2,700 - RM3,000
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Descriptions:
- To assist manage the daily operations within guidelines from superior.
- To maintain admin matters (Office, Utilities, Stationery, Refreshment, Mail, Courier, Guest Management, etc.)
- Responsible to maintain HR matters (Selection & Recruitment, Appointment, Training, Appraisal, etc.)
- Update report on weekly basis.
- Prepare purchase order (PO) for suppliers.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Internship experience related to the administrative task will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
