(Temp/Contract) Admin cum Receptionist

  • Salary RM2,700 - RM3,000

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist manage the daily operations within guidelines from superior.
  • To maintain admin matters (Office, Utilities, Stationery, Refreshment, Mail, Courier, Guest Management, etc.)
  • Responsible to maintain HR matters (Selection & Recruitment, Appointment, Training, Appraisal, etc.)
  • Update report on weekly basis.
  • Prepare purchase order (PO) for suppliers.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Internship experience related to the administrative task will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
