QA Engineer (E&E, Manufacturing)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• To ensure every QC process flow is well-maintained in order to meet the requirement of production and to maximize profit.
• To involve in 8D and 5Y reports and responses to consumer complaints and quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures in place to guarantee product quality.
• To conduct a supplier audit in the supplier’s factory.
• Conduct in-process audit to make sure that the process is being followed.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics / Manufacturing) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in QA/QC in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling customer visits and audit.
• Good in problem-solving skills using 8D & 5Why.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008, FMEA, and SPC.
• Able to read electrical/mechanical drawings will be an advantage.
• Full-Time positions available.
