Executive Assistant to Director

  • Salary RM7,500 - RM8,500

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform secretarial and administrative support to Director (Australian) based in Malaysia HQ office.
  • Prepare confidential and official correspondences, memorandum and analysis reports for strategic planning the Director, business presentation, confidential and official correspondences, memorandum and sales analysis report.
  • To manage meeting schedules, report, appointment, phone calls screening and taking dictation
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and pick up arrangement
  • Organize seminar /meeting /events held internally or with external parties for the departments
  • Monitor the datelines and closely follow up with respective Head of Division/Departments on progress of their assignments/special projects by the Director.
  • Involve in meeting and take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare Monthly Expenses Claims for the Director and Director of Group Operations.
  • To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma , Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative/Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Secretarial/Executive or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Organized, systematic, responsible and independent.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
  • Contract role & Immediate vacancy
