Data Management Associate

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To create and maintain of master data and other data integrity-related tasks and prepare and complete action plans.
• Responsible for data quality, data accuracy and data cleansing
• Perform, validate, and troubleshoot data set to meet all required specifications.
• To ensure all needs meet with respect to customer master data, including process improvement.
• Participate in data projects, define special requirements, and support business projects to initiate change.
• Update documentation and ensure communication to internal customers for follow-up, clarification, verification, validity and troubleshooting
• To harmonize and standardize processes and develop goals and metrics.
• Adheres to data policies and procedures
• Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce/Marketing, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Data Management / Master Data handling
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Pro-active, Energetic, and Meticulous
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT)
• Mature, self-motivated, multitasking, and able to work independently
• Immediate position
