Commercial Content Specialist (Pharma Industry)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end operations of content delivery, from uploading and review, to approval and distribution to commercial teams across Veeva Promomats and CRM platforms.
• Lead Veeva Promomats activities to support marketing operations across brands, including content submission, email campaign execution, and global material adaptation.
• As the Point-of-Contact for Veeva Promomats processes and platform and will participate in global meetings to provide feedback and share updates on platform enhancements.
• Deliver effective training of the Veeva Promomats platform to onboard new joiners and interns, and drive continuous improvement of content delivery processes to generate efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in content operations, marketing operations, and project management, as well as expertise in using Veeva Promomats preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are also essential.
• Meticulous and enjoy process-driven work
• Able to work under tight timelines
• At least 3 years experience in supporting medical-marketing campaign executions/operations
• Ability to conduct systems training to relevant stakeholders
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment
