Facility Manager

Location: Kulai, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage a shift team to deliver uninterrupted critical facility operations.
• Ensure 100% uptime of power systems and prompt response to all alarms (EPMS, BMS, fire systems).
• Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; ensure 100% compliance.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure all subcontractors meet site standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and reports through CAFM and shift handover logs.
• Enforce adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, emergency drills, and support the development of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Serve as the escalation point for emergency shift coverage and site incidents.

Job Requirements:

• At least a diploma in mechanical engineering and relevant field.
• Proven experience in data centre or critical facility operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work systems, health & safety compliance, and CAFM platforms.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to business needs at short notice.
