Facility Operation Engineer

Location: Kulai,  Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure 100% uptime by operating, maintaining, and repairing critical equipment and systems.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance work orders on time to maintain full compliance.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to EPMS, BMS, and Fire System alerts.
• Support and supervise project works, vendor activities, and third-party contractors.
• Contribute to equipment failure investigations and root cause analyses.
• Assist in developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs, EOPs, and drill procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized FOC, workshop, and storage areas.

Job Requirements:

• At Least a diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant
• At least 1–3 years of experience in data center or critical environment operations.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Calm under pressure, self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Effective team player with clear communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in Shifts
