Finance Analyst

Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Review trade claims and supporting documents to verify claim validity including validation against contractual terms, approved promotional rebates and other company guidelines
• Investigate reasons for any claims exceeding Exceedra approval and collate necessary justification / supporting documents for management review and approval
• Ensure claims are entered into trade claims tracker with no duplication and all documents are saved on Share Point
• Post all valid claims in Exceedra
• Monthly meetings with Trade Sales team and / or distributors to review and reconcile distributor Statement of Accounts with pending claims
• Partner with Trade Sales team in finalizing quarterly reconciliation of pending claims and support the finalization of quarterly customer confirmation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years in trade finance, accounts receivable or rebate management
