Data & Process Improvement Intern

Location: Mutiara Damansara

Job Descriptions:

• Data & Reporting Support: Analyze existing data to create reports and dashboards on employee Lean experiences and productivity projects. Assist in organizing and analyzing productivity project data.
• Event & Workshop Support: Help plan and set up logistics for Lean employee engagement events and problem-solving workshops.
• Employee Development Support: Coordinate activities to improve employees’ process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Support: Design and share updates on Lean program progress and outcomes before and after events.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Able to communicate well in English (spoken & written).
• Preferred internship duration of 12+ weeks.
• Location: nearby MRT Mutiara Damansara
