Business Development Manager (Nutraceutical)
- Salary RM10,000-RM12,000
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into actionable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various levels and departments.
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of services or products to meet customer satisfaction.
- Record all sales activities systematically in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management to support strategic planning.
- Responsible for optimizing sales results against budget, initiating new projects, and building a strong business foundation for future growth.
- Carry out other sales or market-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar function
- Experience in B2B sales and complex account management
- Experience in contract manufacturing environment is a plus
- Good commercial/negotiation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English
