Field Trainer

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze performance, productivity, and quality to identify gaps at both individual and team levels.
• Provide strong guidance, mentoring, coaching, and feedback to Store Managers and Sales Associates to enhance overall sales performance.
• Lead onboarding processes for new District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates, including training and support on retail and store operations.
• Design and develop engaging training programs using gamification, role-playing, and job simulation techniques.
• Structure training plans aligned with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
• Assess individual performance before and after training to evaluate effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on current market trends and evolving demands within the retail sales environment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, services, procedures, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and hands-on training methods such as role-playing.
• Proficient in both English and Malay, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
